A shift in seasons can be tricky for many. It can leave you feeling run down and worn out. As the days get shorter, it may be hard to find the time for self care.
Giving yourself the space to recover from what life has throw your way can be so powerful.
A functional massage can work wonders. Not only in the physical sense, but it can jump start your ability to do that ever so difficult self care in other ways.
