om the bottom up and we deal with all manner of foot and ankle concerns including: running injuries, geriatric podiatric medicine, arthritis, diabetic foot care, hammertoes, bunions, ankle sprains and more. Our board qualified foot surgeon, Dr. Monique Renee Rolle, has been in practice for 5 years. She utilizes the latest podiatric techniques, while giving all patients the individual care and compassionate attention they deserve. At Lansdowne Podiatry we want our patients to be educated and proactive when it comes to the health of their feet. We give even seemingly “little” problems like nail fungus, athlete’s foot, warts, corns, and calluses prompt, professional attention and our goal is to get you relief from pain and discomfort as quickly as possible and get you back to living your life. If you have health concerns about your feet or ankles, we look forward to serving you in our conveniently located Leesburg, VA office. We have weekend appointments available on the third Saturdays of the month and walk in appointments during business hours to accommodate your busy schedule!

Everyone knows how much I love plants! 🪴 More importantly how much I love to share my love for plants with all who visit our office! So when I saw this latest edition of I had to pick it up!

On the right far bottom right corner, Eden is pictured (my office pet). 😘🪴

Most people cannot believe she was purchased in March or so of 2024. She is now massive thanks to lots of love, water, repotting, indirect sunlight and peace.

I have to thank my parents, especially my Mom for teaching me to care for plants, 🪴 grow them, LOVE them and nurture them.

Heels 👠 are not bad, but if they cause foot pain or you are struggling to walk in them then I don’t think wearing them is a good idea. 💡

Yes we all sacrifice for fashion but doesn’t make sense to wear them if you’re in crazy pain because of the heels. Beauty is pain? Not necessarily. There are heels out there that don’t hurt. 😩

🔂So try this…try a toe box that isn’t pointy, roomier toe box means less cramping of toes…

Try to find some that have some type of support (harder sole) but not super flat.

Look for materials that are real like leather…they breathe better and wear better. If you can bend the shoe from front to back very easily, it’s too soft. The sole isn’t supportive enough and most@likely will lead to heel pain. Get shoes that are made to last…🎯💵🧾
