A session with one of our therapists might not always be the most relaxing time. We treat your problems using techniques like Neuromuscular Massage Technique, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Stretching and other skills that get the job done. Even though the use of these deep tissue techniques may cause some discomfort at times, we try to find the right balance of pressure where "it hurts so good". And for those days you really just need to zone out and relax, we are REALLY good at that too...
