Want to learn how to master the deep squat 🔥
📚 The ability to achieve depth often lies in hip mobility and ankle dorsiflexion. Also, practice makes perfect! Hold a deep squat (assisted if needed) for a couple minutes period throughout the day and you will notice improvement.
