Our deridder location is hiring ✨✨

✨We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers in several areas. As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide essential support and care to individuals with disabilities in a home care setting . Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring the well-being of our clients. ✨

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Give medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Engage clients in social activities and promote social interaction
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
