Hello and welcome—I'm glad you’re here.
My name is Nina Bezpalko, MA, PLPC, and I’m a mental health counselor in Louisiana providing in-person therapy in Leesville (near Alexandria) and virtual sessions across the state.
I work with adults experiencing sexual trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and I have a special focus on military service members and those impacted by trauma and major life stressors.
I offer therapy in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and my approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative.
I practice at Thrive Unburdened, a nonprofit organization that offers a sliding-fee program and accepts Aetna, Cigna, Louisiana Healthcare Connections, Healthy Blue, and Aetna Better Health.
