-Full Zone: 12+, 1 hour session. Includes red light therapy

-Tune Up: Only recommended in between full zones, 30 minute session.

-Mom + Baby: I recommend this 6 weeks post partum, 1 hour and 15 minute session. Includes red light therapy (Schedule a full zone and write “mom + baby” in the notes)

Foot zone therapy is acupressure on the feet. We have a map of our entire bodies on our feet and by applying pressure, signals are sent through the nerve endings to the rest of the body, to heal.
