This December marks the third year I step back to realign, remember, and reset my energy. Thirty One days devoted to presence, connection, and deeper self-reflection.
A sacred month to savor moments, remember who I am, and breathe a little softer.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude for my clients and students—thank you for being a cherished part of the Pixie Feet story.

Teeth! 🦷 let’s talk teeth friends! Today these amazing women stepped up their zoning game and went deep! They chased the meridian lines and matched tone to connect deeper into the teeth and into the zone! Mmmm… it makes this lady happy to see them light up and make connections. Beautiful! This 2.0 class is incredible. Feeling grateful!

My kind of Medicine. As foot zone practitioners it is important to make connections with our clients. We need to match tone- frequencies, and energetic vibrations. As we dive deeper into the zone, deeper into who we are as a practitioner we start to see something magically unfold. This incredible 2.0 class has taken us on an incredible journey and I cannot wait for class 2 that is happening next week.

In our 2.0 class we did a few case study’s! This powerful exercise helps us as the practitioner dive deep and look deep within. Realizing that our knowledge is that inner wisdom that is held within. My goal here was to show these beautiful students that they don’t have to have the comfort of their books (even though they provide great info) they have the knowledge within one’s self. The takeaway was incredible. Each and every student provided areas to work, emotions held, oils to be used and how to assist and help their “client” release and let go and heal.
