Right now, the most important thing to realize is there will never be a better time to purchase a home. There are many people that are rate shoppers and a few people that want to hit the Real Estate cycle to their advantage. The single biggest factor right now on getting a good deal on your home. Is your real estate agent.
Knowing how to find and negotiate the best deals are the best thing for the Buyer and the best thing for the seller is understanding how to position and market your home.
