Mindpose Yoga Studios Business owners Nic and Jessica opened Mindpose Yoga Studio to make yoga fun and accessible to all Our studio is conveniently located just off Lehi Main St.

Mindpose Yoga Studios aims to provide Utah County with a place to reset your mind and body. Through our regular classes and yoga teaching training courses, we will give you the time and attention you need to develop and grow on your mat and skills you take with you off the mat. We have strong emphasis on creating a supportive community and a comfortable atmosphere for you to practice yoga at any level. Our only hope is that you feel inspired in the studio on your mat and that you can take that inspiration with you when you leave the studio. in historic downtown Lehi and just off state street in Lindon. With a studio space of 1,800sq feet our facility has a reception area where you will warmly be greeted and given a tour of the space, including studio, changing areas, restrooms, and waiting area.

This special 75-minute experience begins with guided relaxation, breathwork, and meditation led by Jess Haith to help you ground and open your energy. Our Story

Welcome to Mindpose Yoga (previously The Mat Yoga), where everyone is accepted on their personal yoga journey. Our climate controlled studio is top-of-the line and the first of its kind with picturesque views of the Wasatch Front from your yoga mat. Our practice and teaching style is delivered via a method we developed called mindpose yoga. Mindpose yoga caters to all learning styles and yogis of every experience level in each class. You can expect a variety of traditional yoga classes on our weekly schedule, with a modern blend of eastern and western practices. Not only do we offer awesome classes and workshop style events, but we also provide yoga teacher training for those who want to pursue their passion for yoga further. Our goal is to make yoga accessible and fun for everyone, and there’s nothing we love more than building a community through our shared passion.
