It’s time!
To RESTART • READJUST • REFOCUS
I’ve been forced to step back after health issues kept me out of the gym for nearly
3 months. It’s hasn’t been pretty. I’ve missed it so much! And it’s messed with my head a great deal. Depression set in, poor nutrition was had, no training was done, and prednisone was plentiful….all I can say is, fluffiness is not by bag.
It wasn’t all bad though! I took up meditation and prayer. Did activities that only brought peace and enjoyment. Baking•Charcuterie•Cooking•Senior Home Health Care. I learned a lot about myself and what life is all about for me. It was just different and enlightening.
•ALL GOOD THING•
SO IT’S TIME TO TAKE CHARGE AND BEGIN AGAIN! It’s ok, life throws curve balls at you, throws up walls & sets hurdles down your path. So what are you going to do now? How will you face it. Will it override everything destroy everything? No nnnnoo…knock that s**t down and GET TO WORK.
For me Starting Today. I’m documenting so I can stay more accountable too.
