Your relationship with exercise & food is a reflection of your relationship with yourself!
If you truly love who you are, love yourself, honor your body and its needs your relationship with food and exercise will look completely different than if you do not like who you are, do not like yourself and punish your body to try to make it look differently.
Exercising from a place of self love doesn't mean you can't push yourself to become stronger, better or even leaner.
The difference is:
You choose types of exercise you enjoy
You don't exercise when you didn't get a good nights sleep
You do not exercise when your muscles are still sore
You don't stress on vacation when you aren't exercising for a week.
There is no right or wrong way to exercise
Here I am in 2019 on vacation and spending all of my days outdoors walking, exploring and enjoying the sun on my face.
Life is short, too short to spend it dieting, stressing, obsessing about food and exercise!
You can achieve the goals you want to achieve, you just don't have to do it out of forced eating windows, dieting, fitness fads and obsessing.....It is FAR more effective when done from a place of self love!
