The Hip Mobility Gap
Here’s the truth ⬇️
👉 My wife 43: ~20° internal hip rotation
👉 My daughters: full 40–45° internal hip rotation
What does this mean?
• Kids start with all the options. Their joints
move freely.
• Adults slowly lose access. The nervous
system adapts to sitting, sports
specialization, and lack of joint training.
⚠️ Silent Killer: You don’t feel it… until it shows up as hip pinching in squats, low back tightness, or knee problems.
✅ Solution: Joint mobility is trainable. You can’t “stretch” your way back—you have to systematically load and expand the joint itself.
💡 Imagine if you trained your hips now, so they stay moving like your kids’ hips decades from today. That’s the difference between “wearing out” vs. “working well.”
