As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing exceptional customer service, and tech support to our account base of over 50,000 customers (and counting) in a call center environment.

This is NOT a sales job and there are no sales quotas to meet. The pay grows as you grow to $13.00 per hour! $11.00 during training, $12.00 during the first 90 days and $13.00 after 90 days.

There are several avenues of opportunity to make more than your hourly rate. Many of our agents are earning up to $16.00 per hour by simply offering the customer products to better their home automation/security systems!

Our Front Desk Receptionist will provide a warm and welcoming environment to employees, guests and visitors to our building.

Warmly and energetically greets visitors and guests to the Fluent Office.
Check in and check out visitors using the SwipeOn program.
Assist in the creation of badges and access cards.
Maintain a clean and organized front reception area.
May assist with scheduling interviews and attending interviews as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Technical Support Specialists promote a supportive and customer oriented environment that engages in real time trouble shooting of alarm systems and peripherals. Educates Fluent Home's Customers and Technicians about the use of our products and provide additional service opportunities.

Qualifications
Must have experience trouble shooting technology with a variety of customers
Previous experience installing home security products preferred, but not required
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
Ability to work independently with minimal or zero supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Must have a positive “can do” attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.
Must have a strong analytical ability as this quality is required to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, management and customers.
Must be willing and able to stay abreast of updates to the installation and service procedures pertaining to company products.
