Approach: Relational, trauma-informed, and values-based. We’ll use the safety of our connection to experience & practice openness, communication, and nervous-system regulation. I integrate attachment work, value alignment, fear reduction, mindfulness, and practical strategies to move you from survival toward connection, integrity, and sustainable growth.
