You can never be too careful when preventing fraud. If someone calls offering free medical equipment in exchange for your Medicare Number, hang up and report it by calling 1-800-MEDICARE or visiting Medicare.gov/fraud.

**Warning** This may be a longer post.

So over the last few weeks I have attended several trainings. Most of these trainings were about products to help the financially needs and veterans.
It saddens me to see the statistics for those who are needy and don’t know there are special products out there for them that help cover more than even just healthcare costs.
It equally saddens me to hear about the veterans who are covered only my basic Medicare and their VA benefits and are falling through the cracks and don’t know there are options for them as well.
