🎉 Celebrating a milestone in Weatherford, TX! 🎉

Our client's hard work has paid off in a big way. He now uses full sentences to communicate and engages in conversations. Potty training? ✅ Learning in group settings? ✅

He’s now ready to move to a general education class with minimal support. Hats off to his dedication and all who helped along the way! 🌟🙌

We are so proud to celebrate Amber from our Abilene center! Starting as an RBT, growing into an Operations Assistant, and now thriving as Center Operations Supervisor — Amber has worn many hats, and she rocks them all! 🎉

She works tirelessly to make sure every RBT has what they need for success and even steps in 1:1 with clients when needed. Amber is often the first friendly face our families see, and we know our clients are in great hands with her leading the way - she is truly the heart of the center.💙

This team brings thoughtfulness and intention to every interaction. They’re known for asking meaningful questions like “why” and “why not,” which helps deepen understanding and strengthen collaboration.

It speaks volumes when your RBTs speak highly of you even when you're not in the room. One tech shared, “I love working here and can’t imagine being anywhere else,” all thanks to the leadership team’s influence.

Their innovative approach to consultations and commitment to excellence are inspiring. They continue to drive positive client outcomes and motivate all of us to keep growing.

Today, we honor Juneteenth, a significant day in American history. Also known as Freedom Day and Emancipation Day, Juneteenth marks the end of slavery in the United States. It's a time to celebrate African American and Black culture, achievements, and contributions.

At BlueSprig, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. Every employee should feel valued and respected, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality. Through our employee resource groups, we provide a platform for team members to connect and share their stories and resources.

Let’s give Randall a round of applause! 👏

Not only is she an incredible Intern and future BCBA, but she’s also Miss Boone County! Randall is using her platform to fight for the rights of people with disabilities, especially those with Autism.

She recently met with Representative Gregg Bush and Senator Stephen Webber to discuss the importance of ABA therapy, her work with BlueSprig, and her future goals as a BCBA. 🗣💡

Randall is also pushing for 504 plans for all students who need them. She is a shining example of what it means to be living our values. 🌟💙
