This private 10-week program is designed for individuals who are ready to gently reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and explore healing through mindful movement, breath and choice.
🧘🏻♀️Rooted in trauma-informed yoga and somatic awareness, each session offers a safe, steady space to explore what it feels like to come home to yourself.

To get to know you, your history (only at the level you are comfortable sharing) and your goals.
🧘10 Weeks of Personalized 1:1 Sessions
One 75 minute session each week, intentionally structured to support safety, embodiment and nervous system regulation at your pace.

Each session highlights a component of trauma healing - ex. choice & agency, grounding & safety, interoception & body awareness.
