I had the honor on Saturday Dec 13th to attend Adelante Worcester 16th Annual Parrandón Fiesta Navideña ! Where Monge was presented Latino of the Year award for her incredible dedication and commitment to community for 15 years !

I also had the pleasure and honor of doing interviews for What's Up Worcester!

Thank you to President Iris Delgado For allowing us to interview and the incredible Alfonso Piacentini Assistant Conductor of Boston Philharmonic Orchestra! I was so impressed by Alfonso career and love of all things music but the most impressive is his love for the youth and what he will and has accomplished in given back to his deep roots of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷!

WHAT TO KNOW WEDNESDAY!

Hi everyone thank you for joining me on my page ! W.S.R is a company built off of experience , grit and determination!

I’m a woman in long term recovery from sud ( substance use disorder) I celebrated 10 years back in February 🙌🏽. I also am a proud mama to 3 incredible children Gio 20 , Denzel 6 and the spiciest of them all Alexsandra who is 3ish 🫠. My favorite thing about second and third chances is being able to watch them grow from a different lens .

Now about this business and why you are here ! 2017 I took my first course yoga teacher training since then I’ve immersed myself into all things wellness with a shift in we don’t need an 1hour a week but rather 5/10 mins a day to really promote change ! I take my work seriously knowing the vulnerable state we are in as we step into our new journeys !

W.S.R has embarked on new journey creating workshops focusing on burnout and compassion fatigue in the workplace especially mental health and substance use facilities. We have curated workshops to fit into the facilities individual needs !

I was nominated for an award! The Hug Award. Category UNITY! It was so unexpected and left me feeling deep gratitude that someone would go out of their way to nominate me! Unity - is spiritual. It’s creating room for everyone, no matter their status, to be one together. No one left behind. I honestly believe that God is calling, has called, and will continue to call us all to be together. This is 40 ! Not because it’s seamless and tropical 🌴 but rather I’ve conquered a decade of being drug free , alcohol free , living in purpose battling against all ideals and beliefs that have held me down . Raising children and navigating break up! Building a business and fighting every urge to give up . Trusting GOD , Being True to self, and knowing that I don’t need to prove I am or am not !
