The founder, board stylist, and proud cheese enthusiast behind SHARP Charcuterie. Gina has over 18 years in the service industry — including four spent immersed in the world of high-end charcuterie — I’ve learned that food isn’t just about what’s on the plate. It’s about the experience, the connection, and the memories it creates.

At SHARP, I design elevated, artfully styled boards and grazing tables for every occasion, blending bold flavors with seasonal ingredients and an edge of creative flair. But my work goes beyond aesthetics and taste. I’m passionate about empowering women in recovery, and I host hands-on charcuterie workshops in safe, encouraging spaces — giving women the chance to learn, connect, and find confidence through creativity.

Every board tells a story — from life’s biggest milestones to a Tuesday night that just needs something special. And I believe food should be more than beautiful — it should be meaningful and made with heart.

When I’m not building boards, you’ll find me and my husband chasing after our two energetic boys at a local park, or planning our next family trip!
