Our goal at Atlantic Athletics is to build relationship business for our clients and cultivate the greatest human development culture for our team members. That responsibility means introducing clients to new activities, making them comfortable with working out in any environment, and giving them attributes they can display with pride. We believe in hard work. Our own hard work will be recognized by our clients and friends and will encourage them to work harder in the face of challenge. We believe in the prescriptive model not a one size fits all approach. We prescribe the best programs and services to our clients that will suit both their needs and wants to maximize their results. We believe in the long haul. Continual progress is necessary for self-actualization; if you’re not moving ahead, you’re falling behind. We set milestones and celebrate when they’re reached. And then we reach further. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We’re comfortable in our skills and can joke about our weaknesses. However, individual growth is integral to the development of both ourselves and our community. We believe that it’s just as important to train for a hiking trip as a triathlon. Proper, smart preparedness increases the satisfaction derived from any activity, including mental preparation. We believe in science. We believe in ongoing education. We’re committed to the peer review process, the application of cutting-edge science, the debunking of `myths, and the benefits of active debate and discussion. Established in 2015, Atlantic Athletics is located at 69 Main Street in Cherry Valley, MA. Our facility has over 2000 sq/ft of functional space for both classes and 1-1 personal training. If you want to move better and do things correctly you are in the right place! Our programming stems from years of studying scientific-based exercise physiology and years of practicing these methodologies. We aim to make people feel comfortable, confident, and happy with what they are doing.

Due to the snowstorm, we will be closed on Monday 1/26. We are tentatively planning to reopen on Tuesday 1/27 but will announce whether we will open in the morning or afternoon. Please watch our social media for updates.

Hi everyone,

We're so excited to partner with our friends at Great Adventure Preschool for their candy drive for Why Me and Sherry's House! Why Me is a Worcester Based non-profit organization whose purpose is to help Central New England families cope with childhood cancer.

Great Adventure Preschool is collecting candy at their location and we are collecting candy at our location. Please consider dropping off a bag (or two?) of candy by Wednesday October 8th (we'll bring it to Great Adventure for the 10th) as we help Why Me and Sherry's House with their annual Spooktacular Event, bringing joy to kids who are undergoing cancer treatments. Let's overwhelm them with candy!!
