Do you remember laying out on the lawn, staring at the sky and making creatures out the clouds that floated by?? I had a great imagination and would create stories about all kinds of possibilities to match the cloud shapes. As time went on, I grew up, life got more Urgent with pressing responsibilities and I stepped into roles of caring for others in various ways.
Then Life threw a curveball that left me shaken to the point that my basic foundations felt wobbly. I began to ask questions , circling back to “What now?”
The truth is ….I do not have a tidy answer. I had to take time to reflect, ask questions of myself, and take small steps, accepting that I was “ in process”
That is why I created a class I call “Possibilities”. It is about finding new pathways forward in these midlife years. It is a Free, online class with a few tools to help the process along.
