This patient had sharp heel pain for over a year taking oral meds and a topical pain ointment that she required her to use gloves to apply because one wouldn't want it anywhere else. Neuropathy being helped with laser. This person has not been able to feel their feet for a couple years and would have spontaneous sharp pain often. 5 laser treatments and the patient can feel things touching the feet and the spontaneous pains are a lot less.

Don't ever stop working if you enjoy your career. Slow down if you desire. If you do retire then make sure you still live with purpose. The numbers I've read state that people who retire and "quit" increase their risk of Alzheimers by 3.1% every year.
