Today, some of our amazing Munfordville team had the privilege of attending “Health Rocks” with all 4th graders in the Hart County School District! 💙

Our staff members Stacy and Julia did an incredible job speaking with the students about anxiety and stress and what it feels like, why it happens, and healthy ways to cope. 🧠💛

We’re always grateful for opportunities to connect with our local schools and support students with tools that promote emotional wellness, confidence, and resilience.
