Cacao, Sound Bath & Spoken Word Ceremony on May 2 with .elemental.priestess

Join us for a heart-opening afternoon of connection, presence, and inner awakening. We’ll begin with a gentle cacao meditation, inviting you to soften, open, and set intentions as you connect with the spirit of cacao. From this grounded space, you’ll be guided through a nourishing meditation to center the body and calm the mind.

As the journey deepens, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath designed to help you release tension, reset your nervous system, and come back into alignment.

Interwoven throughout the experience, spoken word will move through the space—offering reflection, activation, and resonance for the heart.

This ceremony is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself in a sacred and supportive container.

Yoga Nidra is a “whole self” practice. In yogic teachings, it is said that we have five layers to our existence, The Koshas. They start from outer skin and physical being all the way into our deepest spirit or soul. When Nidra is practiced consistently, it’s time tested techniques offer benefits for all layers of who we are.

Hey, snow bunnies! The roads are starting to melt, but things are gonna be freezing again overnight which makes us a little hesitant about our 6 AM class. We plan to reopen for our noon class on Tuesday. We’ll let you know if anything changes! As always, if you are signed up for a class that gets canceled, you will get a text and email alert.

I’m a little past due on this post but on January 18 we celebrated two years in Leland! I am so blown away by the Leland community. I’m incredibly grateful for all of our members especially those who took a risk on us and bought a membership before we even opened our doors. I’ll never forget that!
