Hi Fam! We’ve got a limited schedule today and we will be closed for the holiday weekend (July 4-6).

Starting next week, we’ve added some classes to our schedule! 🥳 Tuesday/Thursday 9 AM are back and our 1030 flex on Saturday is back on the schedule after a temporary hiatus while Ginya was in Michigan. 💜

If we don’t see you today for our noon class, we can’t wait to have you back in the studio on Monday!

It took us a little longer than usual to go through the challenge boards but we can finally tell you who the winners are! 🥳

We are so proud of all of you who completed this challenge. In the month of May, 8 of you took at least 10 classes! 3 of you took at least 20 classes! 3 of you completed 30 dang classes(and some of you crazies made it even more than 30 classes! 😜)

Drawing winners have a credit on their account that they can use towards any purchase. If you took 30 classes or more, you can pick up your free water bottle if you haven’t already. And to answer your question, YES…any water bottle. 💜

Join Cashel this Saturday at noon! This workshop will introduce students to the world of arm balances. We’ll discuss the mechanics of crow pose and use that as a base to explore a few other arm balances as time permits (hurdler’s pose, side crow, firefly, etc). We will also explore the postures that can be used to build the strength and stamina needed to feel safe and stable in arm balances. More than any other posture, arm balances can remind us that yoga poses are not the most important part of a yoga practice, they are just one tool we can use to learn more about ourselves. It’s truly all about the journey. Not heated. Cost is $35 – Monthly and paid in full members receive a discount 10% discount at checkout.
