I have two classes coming up this weekend at Seaglass and I wanted to share a little more about each one ✨

Crystals + Chakras
This class is a beginner-friendly introduction to the chakra system and how crystals support each energy center.
We’ll walk through each chakra in a simple, easy-to-understand way and explore how to work with crystals for balance, grounding, and alignment.
You’ll also receive a full 7-stone chakra set to take home so you can continue working with the energy after class 🤍

Moon Cycles
This class is all about learning how to work with the natural rhythm of the moon.
We’ll explore each phase, how the energy shifts throughout the cycle, and how to start tracking the moon in real time.
We’ll also touch on the zodiac signs the moon moves through and how your own moon sign plays a role in your emotional and energetic world 🌙

Both classes are designed to be approachable, grounded, and something you can actually use in your everyday life—no experience needed. Pre-registration is required so message me to reserve your spot 💜
