Glute bridges are a powerful exercise for lower back pain when done correctly. Your glutes are meant to support your pelvis and spine, and when they’re weak, your lower back often does the extra work—leading to tension and discomfort.

• Drive through your heels

• Squeeze your glutes at the top

Chronic low back pain isn’t always a “bone” problem—sometimes it’s a muscle issue. 🌊

Dry needling is a technique we use to target tight, overactive muscles (trigger points) that can contribute to ongoing low back pain.

In this video, Dr. Megan demonstrates a seated hamstring stretch you can do right from the edge of a chair—perfect for the office, home, or anywhere you sit often.

Why this stretch matters:
