I didn’t plan to become a sound healing facilitator…

I was a nurse, constantly pouring into others but still feeling like something was missing.

Meditation never worked for me. My mind wouldn’t slow down. Then I experienced my first sound bath and everything changed.

For the first time, my body felt still.
My mind felt quiet. I felt like myself again. That moment is what led me here.

Now I create spaces for others to experience that same reset 💛

Because sometimes healing doesn’t come from doing more… it comes from finally allowing yourself to pause.
