Going for a long drive? This is a good tip:

Change the angle of your seat back every 15 to 20 minutes tilt the seat 1 inch back. After 15 or 20 minutes do it again. 15 to 20 minutes later return it to the original position. So there are only three positions the starting one, 1 inch back, then 2 inches back and then the starting position again.
This changes the angle of the pressure on your spine so that when you show up you haven't been pressing on the same spot for the entire drive.
It works. Give it a try. Also, come see me for a session. :)
