Brief bio of the guest teacher:
Anu Malhotra is a visionary yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, and a motivational speaker with over 30 years of dedicated service.
A former healthcare leader, she has held executive roles at UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and led her own rehab clinic.
As the founder of Mindful Meditation Yoga, she offers free weekly sessions to uplift the community.
Her mission is to inspire holistic well-being—bringing peace, balance, and inner transformation to all.

Brief bio of the teacher:
Melissa Gall (E-RYT 500) is a faculty member in the physical education department at Moraine Valley Community College where she currently teaches courses for the personal training certification program with courses that emphasize mind/body fitness. Additionally, Melissa also currently teaches multiple formats of group fitness classes including yoga, chair yoga, and aqua yoga as well as personal trains for the Tinley Park-Park District since 2017.
