Time to learn more about Potassium and Magnesium with Deepali Aul, MPH - our Associate Dining Director!! 🍌

Foods that are rich in potassium and magnesium should be incorporated into your diet!! Try adding bananas, potatoes and salmon to your diet increase your potassium. To increase your magnesium try adding spinach, cucumber and flax seeds to your diet.
