This morning, I woke up to a beautiful message from someone who was once my client and is now a dear friend—and I’m still at a loss for words.
She was my client. I was her Doula and now we are friends.

Client: I feel so blessed and grateful that you were a part of bringing my biggest blessing into this world my greatest joy next to my husband 🤞🏾💙 we all family at this point lmaoo you my soul sista in the words of my big momma 🤞🏾💙 you my soul Sistaa 🖤✊🏾⚫️ and I’m “TT Reese” to your mini ! Can’t wait to meet her !! I just know it’s going to happen I’m speaking it into existence 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾 we definitely did this together it was a team effort lol , even ya moms I remember advice she was giving on the side when we were on that video call lol I haven’t forgotten that either all of it is heavily appreciated! I’m glad my husband got this new job once cash starts flowing in and we get on our feet s bit better I told him I wanna send you something 💰💵 some money a gift SOMETHING you were so amazing to me and my mini even him too so we definitely have to show our appreciation! Not one time Did you shake me down for money I could tell everything you were doing for us was truly from the heart ❤️ and genuine and for that I’ll always be grateful you’ll always have a special place in our hearts and family! Labor literally scared the s**t out of me you were the only one who didn’t bring me down but uplifted me and motivated me had me ready to tackle it and get thru it so my baby can get here safe and i be ok I wanted to fight everybody else who talked bout labor like why say those things to an expecting mother ! Man you were such a god send no amount of money or gifts can express the blessing you were to my family 💙🤞🏾 I could give you a million dollars it’ll probably be enough for you but for me I’d still want to do more for you ! I hope that make sense.
