Thank you for all the well wishes, text, cards, and phone calls from our clients, friends and family. My neck fusion was successful and I am two weeks post-surgical.

I am not doing any massage right now, but will take appointments for colonics, Ioncleanse footbaths and the sauna. I'm working on very limited hours, since I need most of that time to continue healing.

Thank you for your patience. My target date to start doing manual lymphatic massages for post surgical clients is Monday, February 26. All other types of massage therapy can be scheduled from Monday, March 4, 2024

Looking forward to seeing familiar faces again. Happy winter! I can't wait for spring.❤️🙏🌻

Good morning. Yesterday was my first day back to work and I’m feeling fine. The doctor said I’d be off work 3 to 4 months with this interbody lumbar fusion and I told him around 6 weeks. A positive attitude and faith that I’ll heal, PEMF( pulsed electromagnetic frequencies), EWOT(exercise with oxygen therapy) and walking every day with a 95% balanced diet helped me get back to work fast. My fusion is almost complete and I have full range of motion!

My schedule is 10am until 8pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am until 6pm. My office is still open on wednesdays for colonics, FOOTBATH and sauna only.
I am only scheduling 4 or 5 clients a day until I build back up to full time by end of October.

All the glory goes to God for giving me a strong body, faith to trust and an amazing doctor with the newest surgical techniques to treat my back. I’m so grateful and blessed.

It’s great to be back and I look forward to seeing all of you again.

7 days after interbody lumbar fusion brings a smile to my face and healing is happening minute by minute. I am so blessed and thankful for the outpouring of Love through calls, texts, flowers to shame a gardener, lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, fruit salad and my sisters vat of home made chicken noodle soup for my fiancée and son (I can only eat soup, fruit and simple veggies right now), delivery of a case of purified water that I can not carry and a case of paper towels, and edible arrangements.

I do not want to forget to mention my wonderful friend, Georgann, who is keeping my office open 3 days a week for colonics, sauna and footbaths.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. So many more people to thank…Marie Hoffman, Yolanda Moul, Tiffany Major, Joy Tafel, Jessica Madison, Tania Srouji, Karen Pickens, LMT, Lisa McBride, LMT, Donald Herzog, LMT,Strength and Conditining Coach, Lisa McBride, LMT, Marsha Zehner, and please forgive me if I have not mentioned you. I will be taking a medical leave of absence from July 20,2021 to Tuesday, September 7,2021. My office will remain open 3 days a week for colonics, sauna and footbaths with Georgann so please call the office and leave a message at (717) 737-6064 and CORY BROWN, LMT will still do massages part time in the evenings, as his schedule allows. His phone number is (717) 315-8884. Please schedule with him direct. He may not answer you during the day due to his full time job but he will get back to you when he’s done for the day.
