During our class at 6 we will sit for loving kindness in honor of Nancy. I will provide the zoom link during that time.

Nancy Gilgoff | Loving Kindness Meditation to Honor

For all who knew Nancy...

I scheduled the 20-minute Loving Kindness Meditation this Friday at 12 HST/3 PM PST/6 PM EST.

We will add information for another meeting time option for Europe, etc. for some time next week. Stay tuned.

The first 20 minutes will be the sound of the bell and then sitting and sending. After that, anyone who wants to share a memory can raise their hand and unmute themselves and we will hold space to listen.

We will use Vanessa GGoff's link, so we don't have to restart if we run over. Please message me instead of her for the link so she can rest. Invite freely anyone who knew her.

As many have responded and shared, she brings us together and our connections are gems.

I wanted to share that when my husband, Byong, and I saw Nancy in Dec 2023 and Jan 2024, I asked her if Guruji was with her and she said yes constantly. Please know she is with us still even when not in body.

Love and comfort to each of you as we both grieve and celebrate.

It is with great sadness that I report the passing of my teacher Nancy Gilgoff. It was such an honor and privilege to know and be able to learn from her. I will miss her gentle but firm assist and help both physically and mentally.
