If the message you tell yourself is “𝘐’𝘮 𝘧𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘢𝘻𝘺,” how likely are you to treat yourself with compassion? What if you replaced it with, “𝘔𝘺 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘦, 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵”? 💛

Shifting the narrative changes everything.

Sometimes it’s not the schedule—it’s the shame.
When guilt keeps you from prayer or the Word, remember: God isn’t waiting with disappointment. He’s waiting with open arms. 💛
Let’s break the cycle of shame and rediscover grace-filled rhythms.
If this message hits home and you’re feeling spiritually disconnected, consider reaching out to talk with a counselor. You don’t have to sort through it alone.
