In Him Christian Wellness Faith-based professional services promoting wellness through Christian counseling and massage therapy. They raised four children and have one grandchild.

Jon Burchard recently moved to the Harrisburg area with his wife of thirty years from Harrisonburg, Virginia. Jon has been counseling in a variety of contexts since 1990. He has a Master of Picture of Jon BurchardArts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Luther Rice Seminary, as well as Master of Education and Educational Specialist degrees from James Madison University. Jon has been able to use his training and education to counsel in a church, a community mental health agency, and a public high school. He is currently a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and provides counseling services to families and individuals. Jon is honored to walk with individuals, couples, and families through the issues of life. He is distinctively Christian and person-centered. Clients are empowered to partner with Jon in the therapeutic process. Biblical references and prayer are utilized according to the comfort level of each client. Jon has worked extensively with persons seeking restoration and hope in marriage and family issues, depression, anxiety, and abuse. He has also worked with drug and s*x addictions. Jon’s foundational belief for counseling is that God is the author and only true provider of restoration and hope. His desire is that you will encounter God through Jesus Christ so that you may walk in confidence born from the reality that He made you, delights in you, and has great plans to use you for His glory.
