Today, I had the pleasure of teaching at CV's Buddy Program, focusing on gratitude. We created appreciation webs (a little hard to see) to express thanks and recognize each other's unique contributions. The session was filled with warmth, positivity, and strengthened bonds. I had the pleasure of presenting to the Pennsylvania Head Start Association on the power of Yoga, Mindfulness, and SEL in classrooms and families. We explored tools to support mental wellness, emotional regulation, and connection—and even moved through a refreshing Chair Yoga session together! 🪑🧘‍♀️ Grateful to share these practices with dedicated educators who are shaping the hearts and minds of our youngest learners. ❤️
