Our Catholic Community Hospice (CCH) team came together to create a beautiful Annual Memorial Ceremony — a sacred time to honor and remember the families who have had loved ones on our services. It was a day filled with love, reflection, and gratitude. 🩷

Dementia can be an incredibly difficult journey — for both the individual and their loved ones. We’re grateful for the wisdom and compassion shared by Priscilla Salinas and Sister Lucero Garcia, reminding us that dignity and God’s presence remain even through memory loss.

At Catholic Community Health, we walk alongside families through every step of this journey — offering care, understanding, and hope. 🙏

This morning, Catholic Community Health was honored to take part in the kickoff for Respect Life. October marks Respect Life Month, a time to reflect on the dignity and protection of all human life — from conception to natural death.

Hospice care is an important part of this mission. At CCH, we uphold the Ethical and Religious Directives in our end-of-life care, ensuring every person is treated with compassion, dignity, and respect in their final days.

We are grateful to be part of this important event with Archbishop Emeritus Joseph F. Naumann to educate and bring awareness to the sacred value of every life.
