You can challenge old narratives!
Somewhere along the way, we started believing that "healing" meant total control- no more anxiety, no more overthinking, no more spirals.
But that's not what healing really looks like.
Healing means noticing the overthinking as it's happening, and instead of beating yourself up for it, you pause and say
"Ah, I know this pattern. I can choose differently this time."
You still have anxious thoughts - they just don't control you anymore.
That is growth. That is healing.
