Your OB isn’t wrong that pregnancy pain is common, but common doesn’t mean we accept it as normal.
You shouldn’t cry getting out of bed or wince every time you take a step or avoid activity because of how your body might feel. There shouldn’t be a choice between being active and being comfortable.
Your body is doing something incredible, and it deserves support.
