Pelvic pain is one of the most common things we hear from pregnant moms. And usually the advice sounds something like this:
“Just stretch more.”
“Sleep with a pillow between your knees.”
“It’s just part of pregnancy.”
But if your body feels tight, unstable, or painful during pregnancy, there’s usually a reason for it.
As your baby grows, your pelvis, ligaments, and nervous system are constantly adapting to support that change. When there’s tension, imbalance, or restricted movement in the pelvis, it can make everyday things like walking, sleeping, or rolling over in bed really uncomfortable.
