The Clinic Director (CD) is responsible for the overall performance and operation of the clinic (composed of approx. 12 outpatient therapists). This includes recruiting and hiring fantastic clinicians; managing clinic performance and client satisfaction; providing training and ongoing developmental support; meeting fiscal goals; building community partnerships; and maintaining a reasonable client caseload.
