We kicked off the first Wellness Wednesday Workshop at Shawnee Hills Senior Living this month as Lindsie Gordon, AGNP-C provided education to the residents about Chronic Illness Management and Preventative Care. Having routine visits with your Primary Care is so important along with many other key points that she shared. Lindsie’s specialty is Adult Gerontology and she provides primary care for Independent Living Residents and Assisted Living in the comfort of their home! 🏡
