Come enjoy some light stretching and then relax and let the soothing waves of the crystal bowls, tibetian metal bowls and wave drum wash over you. Join Sue Park and Tung Bui for a playful, feel-good experience rooted in connection, breath, and assisted stretching.
You’ll learn simple yet powerful techniques from Thai yoga massage to support healing, trust, and deeper relaxation — all while having fun with a partner or friend! No experience needed. Bring a buddy or come solo and we’ll pair you up!

Chelsea combines her passion for recovery with the healing principles of yoga and sound. As a Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) space holder and certified Sound Healing Practitioner, she weaves crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle guidance into a deeply restorative experience that supports emotional release and inner peace.
Rooted in her own journey of sobriety, Chelsea approaches each session with compassion, authenticity, and an open heart - creating a space where everyone is welcome to simply breathe, soften, and be.

We are re-opening Breathe Yoga on October 1st, 2020. We are going to do a COVID-19 pivot. We are bringing in Sue Park and her team of instructors to lead some active yoga classes that do not require the use of yoga props. Breathe will now be offering Ashtanga Vinyasa Flows and Ashtanga Inspired Flow classes as well as Mixed Level Flows which will be more suitable for all levels of practice. Bring your own yoga mat. During COVID-19 all classes and class packages must be pre-purchased online for the safety of our teachers and students. Class sizes will be limited, so be sure to register early. As we move into 2021, we hope to continue to add more classes and class times to the Breathe schedule. Eventually, we will determine when it feels safe and appropriate to bring back Restorative yoga, Gentle Yoga and Yin Yoga with all of the props we love like bolsters, blankets, sand bags, etc.
We appreciate your patience and empathy as we collaborate with highly experienced local KC yoga teachers to make it through these challenges of 2020. We all thank you for your support of our small locally owned yoga studio. We hope to remain a neighborhood favorite as you support us and we in turn support you. We look forward to being able to serve you now and in the future. We are definitely stronger together. Let’s re-build our amazing local yoga family together. We look forward to seeing you!
