We’re changing things up as we move into the fall season
Thursdays at 6PM — Grounded Flow
Grounded Flow blends steady movement with purposeful breath, leaving you both centered and recharged. ✨ Expect slower, energizing sequences with longer holds that build strength, stability, and focus.
This grounded pace makes it perfect for newer students looking to grow confidently, while experienced yogis can deepen alignment and breathwork with intention. 🧘♀️

Think: bodyweight sculpting, Pilates-inspired core, light weights, bands, somatic movement, a touch of cardio, and grounding mindfulness to balance it all out.

✨ Some of our Unbecoming Guatemala kula reunited today at Breathe Yoga KC — and wow my heart just about burst.
Deep gratitude to two of my favorite souls, Melissa Saubers and Amy Keely Williams, for holding space for Unbecoming ~ A Sacred Exploration of Your Wyld Roots. You have a way of making release feel both sacred and beautifully human — because let’s be honest, shedding the parts of ourselves that no longer serve us isn’t always graceful, but it is always worth it. 🌿💫
Here’s to letting go, laughing through it, and stepping a little more into who we really are.

We are re-opening Breathe Yoga on October 1st, 2020. We are going to do a COVID-19 pivot. We are bringing in Sue Park and her team of instructors to lead some active yoga classes that do not require the use of yoga props. Breathe will now be offering Ashtanga Vinyasa Flows and Ashtanga Inspired Flow classes as well as Mixed Level Flows which will be more suitable for all levels of practice. Bring your own yoga mat. During COVID-19 all classes and class packages must be pre-purchased online for the safety of our teachers and students. Class sizes will be limited, so be sure to register early. As we move into 2021, we hope to continue to add more classes and class times to the Breathe schedule. Eventually, we will determine when it feels safe and appropriate to bring back Restorative yoga, Gentle Yoga and Yin Yoga with all of the props we love like bolsters, blankets, sand bags, etc.
We appreciate your patience and empathy as we collaborate with highly experienced local KC yoga teachers to make it through these challenges of 2020. We all thank you for your support of our small locally owned yoga studio. We hope to remain a neighborhood favorite as you support us and we in turn support you. We look forward to being able to serve you now and in the future. We are definitely stronger together. Let’s re-build our amazing local yoga family together. We look forward to seeing you!
