Last year Breathe Yoga KC made the Top 3, and we’d love to see our little studio there again this year. 🤍

🤍Beginning March 22 through May 31, join us Sundays at 11:30am for our Karma Community Classes
These donation-based classes will be led by our recent Yoga Teacher Training graduates and support Micah’s Ministry, helping individuals in our community experiencing housing and food insecurity.
Donations can be cash, Venmo, or needed items such as socks, blankets, hygiene products, clothing, and other essentials.
Come practice with purpose and help make a difference in our community.
We are so grateful for the strong, inspiring women who teach, practice, and share their energy at Breathe Yoga KC.

As we shift from winter’s inner work into spring’s growth, this tarot workshop invites reflection, clarity, and intention-setting. Guided by Connie Gable, this evening is about balance, renewal, and planting seeds for what’s next 🌱

We are re-opening Breathe Yoga on October 1st, 2020. We are going to do a COVID-19 pivot. We are bringing in Sue Park and her team of instructors to lead some active yoga classes that do not require the use of yoga props. Breathe will now be offering Ashtanga Vinyasa Flows and Ashtanga Inspired Flow classes as well as Mixed Level Flows which will be more suitable for all levels of practice. Bring your own yoga mat. During COVID-19 all classes and class packages must be pre-purchased online for the safety of our teachers and students. Class sizes will be limited, so be sure to register early. As we move into 2021, we hope to continue to add more classes and class times to the Breathe schedule. Eventually, we will determine when it feels safe and appropriate to bring back Restorative yoga, Gentle Yoga and Yin Yoga with all of the props we love like bolsters, blankets, sand bags, etc.
We appreciate your patience and empathy as we collaborate with highly experienced local KC yoga teachers to make it through these challenges of 2020. We all thank you for your support of our small locally owned yoga studio. We hope to remain a neighborhood favorite as you support us and we in turn support you. We look forward to being able to serve you now and in the future. We are definitely stronger together. Let’s re-build our amazing local yoga family together. We look forward to seeing you!
