We have a new group starting soon! Join Samantha Reed, LPC and Karlee Eads, CIT as they lead a 6 week Play Therapy group: Mindfulness Adventures!

This group aims to help kids 6-9 learn how to be mindful. Mindfulness has been shown to promote self-awareness, focus, emotion regulation, and habit building. Self-esteem, communication, and competence skills can also be gained from this group.
