Jayhawk Foot and Ankle Clinic (JFAC) is a private podiatry practice seeking a Part-Time Traveling Medical Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient flow of clinic by greeting patients, scheduling patients, collecting co-payments, answering phones, checking patients in and out for their appointments, prepping charts, taking messages, and interacting with patients in a manner that reflects JFAC values with exceptional customer service. Candidate will also contribute to patient care by assisting physicians, adequately monitoring office and clinic inventory supplies, assisting medical assistants and other JFAC team members as necessary.

Respects the dignity, confidentiality, and privacy of patients according to the HIPAA privacy notice. Demonstrates courtesy and professional relationship towards patients, family members, JFAC staff members and others.

This position is located at 9300 Meadow View Drive Suite 101 Lenexa KS EVERY OTHER Monday and 670 E Main St Gardner KS ALTERNATE MONDAYS, Wednesdays at 2100 BAPTISTE DRIVE PAOLA KS and flexible schedule Tue, Thur, and Fri in Lenexa, KS (filling in on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays as needed)
High School Diploma
EMR Experience (Practice Fusion a plus)
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
