✨ Please help us give a warm Evolve 865 welcome to our newest team member, MaryAnn! ✨

MaryAnn is a devoted wife and the proudest mom of four incredible adult children, whom she speaks about with endless love and pride. Her heart is just as full thanks to her two sweet grandbabies, who bring constant joy, laughter, and the kind of magic only little ones can.

Originally from beautiful Cocoa Beach, Florida, MaryAnn and her husband recently began an exciting new chapter in Sweetwater, Tennessee, where they’ve embraced the peaceful pace, scenic surroundings, and the warmth of a close-knit community. When they’re not spending time with family, you’ll likely find them hiking local trails, enjoying time on the water, or making new memories together.

At home, MaryAnn shares plenty of love (and cuddles) with her gentle 200+ lb Great Dane, Kasper — who still believes he’s a lap dog. She truly values kindness, connection, and the special bonds that make life meaningful.

We are incredibly grateful to continue growing the Evolve 865 family — and it’s all because of the trust and support from our amazing patients.

Finally something is being done about research peptides. Please make sure you know what you are injecting. If it’s really cheap there’s a reason. Research peptides are NOT for patient use and if you are going somewhere and a Medical professional is giving you these beware!! They know they shouldnt but the greed is high and the integrity is low!!
