Dr William B Burkhart, MD with Beacon Pimary Care. His practice is a direct care practice, which means he does not take insurance of any kind, including medicare. He can see any patient, however, and patients pay him monthly as part of a membership plan in the practice. He is the first practitioner to do this here in Lenoir City, and we are thrilled that he has decided to open his new location in our Clinic
