Our office is seeking a temporary PRN employee to assist us during our busiest periods. The position will require flexibility as your schedule will fluctuate weekly, ranging from 5-15 hours per week. When the head tilts forward 15 degrees, the force on the neck surge to 27 pounds, at 30 degrees 40 pounds, at 45 degrees 49 pounds and at 60 degrees 60 pounds.

A variety of conditions can cause neck pain, so you may not think looking down at your phone is the issue. However, this seemingly innocuous act of looking down can cause many symptoms. Beyond neck pain and stiffness, you may experience headaches. Neck spasms and back pain are other symptoms of text neck.

The bulge raises one side of your pelvis, causing your lumbar spine – or low back – to bend laterally to the opposite side. Your thoracic spine – or mid-back – will then curve the opposing direction to counterbalance the lumbar spine and keep you upright.

No insurance? No problem, we are offering our $75 new patient special to those without insurance. The $75 will include your consultation, exam, x-rays *if Dr. Sack thinks they're medically necessary*, as well as your first adjustment that same day. We also accept most major insurances.

If you have insurance that you wish to file, I will gladly verify it for you so that you know what you would have to pay, if anything.
