We are excited for you all to meet Hope Frohock, our newest addition to the Wolf Moon Yoga team. Hope will be teaching our Gentle Flow Yoga, Fridays at 10:30-11:45am and our Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Fridays at 12:15-1:00pm.
A little more from Hope:
Yoga is a journey of returning to oneself, each time we show up on the mat.
Teaching the gift of yoga is one of my greatest joys. Yoga is a reverent practice of deep connection to the self, as well as the greater network of connection between each other and all
living things. It is not just a physical exercise, but a practice of self study, outwardly and inwardly; a journey I embark on daily. One of my favorite ways to translate this is by traveling. I love attending yoga studios in other countries and coming home to the body, even in a
completely new place.
As your teacher, my joy is to guide you into this journey of the self. With each movement and breath, we gain information about our physical bodies, and with practice we begin to notice the subtle whispers of the soul.
I hope that my classes leave you with an exploration that moves beyond the mat, and follows you throughout your daily tasks– yoga is an ongoing practice that one never truly masters, we just keep exploring.
My journey with yoga began 10 years ago as a means of finding peace; 3 years later I pursued
teaching, leading me to receive my 240-hour certification. I am trained in Vinyasa, but I am always expanding my practice including restorative yoga, Kriya yoga, and pranayama
(breathwork). It is my honor to share this gift with you and cultivate the sense of peace we are all seeking.
