Quest4Life's mission is to promote healthy lifestyles for our community using a balanced focus on health, nutrition, fitness, and knowledge in a medically-affiliated wellness center. We offer a complete line of exercise equipment, group fitness classes (both land and water based), comprehensive fitness evaluations, exercise program development and supervision by professional, medically-oriented staff, an indoor track, locker rooms, saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, massages, childcare services, and much more!!!

Our area is under a Winter Storm Warning beginning tonight, Friday, January 30th at 4 p.m. until Sunday, February 1st at 7 a.m. The emergency department is open 24/7 if you are experiencing a medical emergency. If the operating hours for any UNC Health Caldwell facilities change, we will update the webpage below in addition to posting on Facebook.
