I’m aware that hearing the stories of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims is triggering for many women, and my heart goes out to them.

I am a survivor of r**e, and for many years I struggled with eating disorders to numb the pain/shame/trauma.

I’m retired from Medical Nutrition Therapy now, but for many years I treated clients with eating disorders.

Statistics say that 30-65% of people with eating disorders have experienced r**e.

In my practice, 100% of them had.

I’m grateful for this interview Katie Couric did with one of Epstein’s victims, because she explains so clearly what women go through emotionally, physically, and mentally and shares a way for us to be a support for those who are victims.
